Refund Policy
We offer returns and refunds assuming that the product has not been opened. Once the package has been opened the product is no longer available for refund.
Refunds are subject to a 7% Refund fee.

Order Cancellation
If you change your mind about your order you can have your order cancelled, unless the order has been shipped. Once an order is shipped it is unavailable for cancellation. Cancelled orders are subject to a 7% Cancellation fee.
Damaged Orders
If you received a defective item please email us at Info@simplescentz.com You will either be refunded or resent a new item. Please make sure too include proof of damage in your email.
Notes about Refunds
If you have not opened your package and receive a refund you will receive a return label. This must be placed on the package and done correctly. It is also noteworthy that your refund could take up too 30 days too process and will go through the same payment processor by which it was purchased.
